Processing & Shipping
The shipment of your product is our highest priority. As soon as we receive your payment for order, it will take 1-2 working days to process a order.
COD orders will remain on hold for 3-4 days of your order date as if you wish to cancel your COD order please let us inform via EMAIL in the given relaxation time.
Express Shipping (with track)
Average shipping takes 2-14 business days after dispatching your order. All orders under this mode will be shipped via Xpressbees/Delhivery and full Email/SMS tracking will be provided.
Once your order is packed/dispatched, you will receive a notification on provided email ID.
Packages lost while transit will be recovered within 20-30 business days.
We are not responsible if package is undelivered due to wrong address provided by the buyer. Hence no refund/recovery order will be provided by the company.
Undelivered packages due to NSA (non serviceable area) will be recovered & recover-order will be dispatched within 20-30 business day by the company.
IMPORTANT for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Yes! we accept cash on delivery. We request you to kindly place a COD order only if you're 100% sure to receive and accept your parcel on delivery day. The general processing time for COD is 3-5 days. If you wish to cancel your order kindly reach us out through EMAIL in the mean time.
Please checkout through our website and select COD as shipping and payment option. However orders exceeding value of Rs999/- will be asked to deposit Rs 150/- (via prepaid mode) as a security payment, the amount Rs150/- will be instantly refunded to the buyer once he/she accepts the delivery parcel. In case of declining the delivery of parcel the amount of Rs 150/- will NOT be refunded.
Non Serviceable Areas (NSA)
Buyer's Area/Pincode under this category, by default orders will be shipped by Regular Shipping mode via India Post by the company.
